About Me
Life coaching is about helping you in moving FORWARD and creating a better future for yourself, no matter what your past.
I have a university degree in biology, have worked 20+ years as a professional in public healthcare, and raised a great family, but I never understood why some aspects of life were just so much more difficult for me – and why they just seemed to keep getting harder. After finally being diagnosed with ADHD, insomnia, depression and anxiety in my 40’s, it was a huge relief to know my brain isn’t broken, it just works differently. I’ve dedicated my life going forward to better understanding and educating about ADHD in adults, especially in perimenopausal women like me.
We as humans, ARE adaptive and resilient.
